BankZiska dalam penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat luas memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi, melalui penggunaan website. Website dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi organiasai menyampaikan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran dengan desain deskriptif kualitatif. Objek penelitian adalah website bankZiska. Konten diketahui survei lapangan, sedangkan data terkait jumlah pengunjung grafik volum kunjungan. berisikan berbagai macam program . Hasil evaluasi kegiatan public relations yang telah dipublikasikan oleh media diukur berdasarkan peningkatan lalu lintas Penggunaan dikategorikan berkualitas baik apabila mampu meningkatkan khalayak pembaca. Jumlah terus meningkat seiring bartambahnya berita/informasi di unggah pada tersebut, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pemberitaan tersebut baik. berperan sebagai komunikasi efektif menampilkan secara tujuan wawasan literasi pembaca tentang BankZiska. ekstensi domain yaitu .org. Ekstensi termasuk kedalam Top Level Domain (TLD) mudah diidentifikasi saat dilakukan pencarian. Selain itu juga SEO (Search Engine Optimization). menempati posisi urutan pertama hasil pencarian google.
